Not happy with your order? We've got you covered.

- 7-day replacement window from the date of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact
- Replacement is provided for manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or wrong item delivered
- To initiate a return, contact us with your order ID and a photo/video of the issue
- Refunds (for prepaid orders) are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
- COD orders are eligible for replacement only, not cash refund (adjust as per your actual policy)
